Farm Crew Member

About the Role

SaJe Family Farm is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with various farm tasks on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, getting their hands dirty, and being part of a small, family-run farm.

Responsibilities

As a Farm Crew Member, you will help with a variety of seasonal and general farm tasks, including:

  • Planting, watering, and general crop care
  • Weeding, mulching, and maintaining garden beds
  • General yard work (mowing, trimming, etc.)
  • Assisting with other farm-related duties as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • Is at least 16 years old
  • Can work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Is comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Is dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Has experience in farm work, gardening, or landscaping (preferred but not required)
