Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates.

Prep the peaches: Brush the cut side with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.

Grill: Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes or until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly. Flip and grill for 2 more minutes on the skin side.
