Grilled PeachesGrilled peaches are a simple yet elegant summer treat that brings out the fruit’s natural sweetness with a hint of smokiness. Perfect for dessert or a fancy appetizer, they’re endlessly customizable with sweet or savory toppings—and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates.

  2. Prep the peaches: Brush the cut side with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.

  3. Grill: Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes or until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly. Flip and grill for 2 more minutes on the skin side.

  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings
